If any of your guests are on special diets, like vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free, let us know when you book and we’ll ensure that they can enjoy a suitable, mouth-watering Hog Roast Poole dish too, made fresh on the day. You may also want alternative meaty dishes to one of our famous traditional hog roasts and we can cook up a storm with a spit-roast instead, like beef, lamb, chicken or turkey, or one of our speciality menus may well be just what’s needed to wow your guests, like our Southern Slow Roast or Loaded Fries. Plus with additional dishes, your guests can enjoy choice and variety and plenty to eat.

While our experts can help you to devise the perfect menu for your wants and needs, sometimes, however, you may just want a stunning main to be served and undoubtedly our most popular is a hog roast to make into pigs in buns. We can also slow-roast a hog in order to make you and your guests a plated meal, to serve alongside seasonal vegetables, potatoes and all the trimmings, but we’re often asked to make our version of hog roast rolls, full of hot meat, crispy crackling and our homemade duo of apple sauce and stuffing.

Hog Roast Poole catered a birthday party on Wednesday, where we did just that. After five hours of cooking a pig slowly but surely, we carved away and crammed all the ingredients inside fresh bread rolls and wraps, and once it was time to serve, the forty guests couldn’t get enough of them.
