With a Hog Roast Cheddar barbeque served at any time of the year, you can treat your party guests to some mouthwatering grilled meats and several tasty sides – both and hot and cold. We have several standalone menus of our own on offer, including our Southern Slow Roast, which includes three marinated meats and four sides of your choosing, our three-course Alfresco, which gives you an Italian antipasti starter, a hog roast with side dishes and then two desserts, and our Loaded Fries, which are smothered with meat, slaw, cheese and jalapenos for a bit of a kick, but this blog is all about our Traditional Barbeque.
This Hog Roast Cheddar menu is packed full of lovely flavours and a great way to enjoy an informal-style meal. Our highly trained and experienced team prepare and cook your food for you directly at the venue, so you know it’s as fresh as can be, and we can serve underneath one of our gazebos if the weather calls for it, so not even a rainy summer day can spoil this lovely spread. We lay the table with crisp linen and you get to enjoy your food using our wooden bamboo crockery and wooden cutlery and we also provide quality napkins, so all you have to do is turn up together with your guests and dig in!
On the day itself, we grill to perfection our chef’s own gourmet sausages, handmade British beef burgers, chicken kebabs and spare ribs, and also freshly make a Greek salad (full of yummy feta cheese slabs, juicy tomatoes, refreshing cucumber and fine black and green olives) as well as our homemade coleslaw and either chips or sweet potato fries (or a combo of both if preferred), which are accompanied by a selection of condiments and the all-important salt and vinegar. If you also need a vegan or vegetarian option providing, this menu comes with both – vegan pulled jackfruit buns with slaw and vegetarian grilled halloumi and vegetable skewers – and we can easily cater other diets too if needed.
