Working closely with your chosen wedding planner, we tailor our hog roast and catering options to suit your preferences. Hog roasting can be served in multiple ways, and we’ll take your lead on how you’d like us to do so. A traditional hog roast is extremely popular for wedding breakfasts, where our waiting staff will serve your guests a full three-course meal complete with your choice of sides and dessert. However, a buffet spread may be more suited for evening receptions, where guests can help themselves to a selection of tasty BBQ favourites consisting of pork, chicken, beef and more.
