Brides and Grooms

The pace of our catering assignments have snot slackened since late Spring, and all of our qualified and vibrant staff are enjoying themselves. Just yesterday I myself returned from a de-briefing following one of our larger events. The event revolved around a beautiful wedding at a historic castle in Wales, where the swans which floated atop the mill-pond still water were only out-graced by the delightful and silken movements of the bride herself.

At this event, we employed the use of four of our very own bespoke hog and spit roasting machine units. Utilising the power of gas, these machines turn and churn out huge amounts of heat whilst also looking stunning. At the wedding in Wales, our guests simply could not believe how good the food was. When we revealed that by simply using exceptional ingredients and roasting them with high degrees of care, we could gain such flavours, they could still not believe us. The joviality levels at the party were at a premium, and the laughter and smiles which accompanied most of the conversations were not forced. Instead, the steady clinking of glasses alongside the consumption of fine food, facilitated such wonderful degrees of conversation. In the end, the food was nearly finished, which is something that rarely happens at our events. A stunning day and a wonderful couple. And what the groom lacked on the dance floor he surely made up for as regards his appetite.
