Absolutely. We regularly provide hog roasts for Highland weddings, barn receptions, estate venues and marquee events in rural Perthshire, the Borders and beyond. As long as we can safely access the site and have enough space to set up, we can usually cater there.

Yes. We’re experienced in catering at coastal venues and outdoor celebrations across Scotland, from lochside locations to seaside towns. Our equipment is designed for outdoor use, and we bring gazebos and covers so service can continue even if the weather turns.

Wherever possible, we work with trusted Scottish farmers and butchers to source locally reared pork, lamb, beef and chicken. That means your hog roast showcases Scotland’s renowned produce, with full traceability and exceptional flavour in every serving.

Your package typically includes the hog, gas-powered roasting machine, chef, serving staff, freshly baked rolls, apple sauce, stuffing, disposable plates and cutlery, plus full setup and clear-down. You can add salads, hot sides, desserts and evening buffet options to suit your event.

We can handle almost any size of event – from intimate family gatherings of around 30–40 guests to large weddings, corporate events and festivals with several hundred people. Share your estimated numbers and we’ll recommend the best menu and hog size.

Yes. Alongside the hog roast we offer a range of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes, as well as children’s portions if required. Let us know your guests’ dietary requirements when you enquire and we’ll include suitable options in your quote.

No. Our hog roast machines are fully self-contained, so we can cater at barns, fields, castles, village halls and venues with limited kitchen space. Access to electricity and water is helpful but not essential.

Scottish weather can be unpredictable, but your event is safe with us. We bring our own gazebos and canopies so we can cook and serve comfortably in rain or wind, keeping the serving area sheltered for your guests.

Popular dates for weddings, Highland celebrations and summer events can book up quickly, especially weekends. We recommend enquiring as early as possible. However, if your event is sooner, it’s still worth getting in touch – if we have availability, we’ll always do our best to help.
